I haven’t seen the Boleslawiec video, but from the Polish TV extract, http://www.istotneinformacje.pl/boleslawiec,a2229.php where several frames are shown, it’s obvious that that’s a different video. the Polish one is longer and contains written comments from the author(s), while this one doesn’t. and yes, the inscriptions are in Ukrainian, the language they certainly don’t use in Boleslawiec:)
